BOT is a nonprofit organization that is committed to accelerating economic advancement through the workforce, small business, and socioeconomic development by increasing the awareness, activities, networks, and resources for local minorities who pursue careers or entrepreneurship in technology.

BOT works to close these gaps through our grassroots and direct-to-community initiatives, including: 

1. Partnerships. Cultivating partnerships with businesses, academic, professional, and government organizations

2. Programs. Facilitating safe, solution-orientated dialogue and programming among underrepresented groups in tech 

3. Pipelines. Developing pipelines to leverage career and entrepreneurial resources throughout Central Florida
