Our Mission
Black Orlando Tech (BOT) is a nonprofit organization that is committed to accelerating economic advancement through the workforce, small business, and socioeconomic development by increasing the awareness, activities, networks, and resources for those interested in pursuing careers or entrepreneurship in technology.
BOT was founded in 2016 by a group of passionate tech leaders who saw the need for an inclusive safe space for people in tech. The dedication to fostering collaboration, creativity, and contribution to tech lives on in BOT today.
